Textile repairs are done on a case-by-case basis because each piece is unique. Please schedule a consultation with us, or send an email describing your needs. Photos are always very helpful!
Pricing begins at $75/hr.
We do not provide cleaning, but we can point you in the right direction of someone we've worked with.
Mounting is our favorite way for delicate textile to be displayed. It involves carefully stitching the piece to a linen base on a custom-made stretcher. We do not use glues or adhesives, so this can easily be undone in the future if necessary.
You can choose if you would like the textile to go all the way to the edge, or have a border. You also choose the color of the base fabric.
Pricing example:
Custom Stretcher: $60-200+
Materials: $10-30+
Labor: $75-$100/hr, 3hrs minimum

Having difficulty figuring out how to hang a textile? Let us help.
If you'd prefer to hang something on a dowel, we can add the parts to do so. One option is to add a pipe pocket, which is better for more delicate pieces, and another is to add loops on the top edge. For this service we charge a fee of $50-150, depending on the size. Keep in mind we do all sewing by hand since machine stitching an antique textile isn't always safe.
The final option is to add velcro. We can sew on a strip of velcro to the edge you decide will be the top, and all you have to do is attach another strip of velcro to your wall. This would also be $50-$150.

To start, send us some photos of your home (so we can understand your aesthetic) and the empty space you'd like to fill. Let us know your ideal dimensions, colors, and budget. We'll send you an email with up to 20 options, and will even help figure out how to hang it up.
We can help you identify the origins and approximate age of a textile you own. The flat rate is $50, and if we can't figure it out, we'll issue you a full refund.
Please note we DO NOT do appraisals. We can tell you what you have, but we can't tell you the value.
