Sake Straining Bag

These sake straining bags were filled with unrefined sake, and it would be strained by slowly dripping through the material into a container. The bag is made of handwoven cotton and repaired with cotton thread. The repairs aren't meant to dress the piece, and are only there for utilitarian purposes.
