Product details

Swan Ashtray

This cast iron ashtray was made in Japan, anywhere from 1930-1950. The design has been associated with Marilyn Monroe because she owned one (or two), and it was seen in photos from her death scene in her livingroom. She allegedly bought it on a trip to Japan with Joe DiMaggio.

The actual ashtray sold in an auction for $10,240.

It can be used for it's intended purpose as an ashtray, or would also make a perfect trinket dish - with rings stored on the neck of the swan.
